Research progress on molecular biology of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li

Fritillaria taipaiensisi P. Y. Li is a perennial herb of Fritillaria in Liliaceae. It is one of the six basic plants of Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus,and has good medicinal value and economic value. In recent years, researchers have used molecular biology techniques to conduct relevant studies on Fritillaria taipaiensisi P. Y. Li, achieving some results. Herein, the molecular identification, systematic evolution, transcriptomics and metabolome were summarized in this study. And prospects were put forward to provide scientific reference for resource protection and sustainable utilization of Fritillaria taipaiensisi P. Y. Li.
