Research on the current status, issues, and countermeasures of scenic forest health and wellness products

With the development of society and the acceleration of life pace, an increasing number of people are focusing on restoring their physical and mental health through the natural environment. As an important part of natural landscape, scenic forest has become ideal destinations for health and wellness tourism with its unique natural resources and environmental value. Taking the scenic forest health and wellness as the research object, this paper analyzed the development status and trends of scenic forest health and wellness products both home and broad by relevant literature review, explored the challenges and bottlenecks in the creation of these products, and proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In view of the issues such as insufficient product quality and service level, imperfect industry chain development, limited support of policies and regulations, bottleneck of technology and talents, and challenges of marketing and brand building, this study put forward some countermeasures, such as improving product quality and service level, integrating and bridging gaps in the industry chain, enhancing policy and legal support, advancing technological innovation and equipment upgrades, and innovation of marketing and brand building. This paper aims to provide decision-making support for relevant enterprises and management departments, and promote the rational utilization of scenic forest resources and the healthy development of forest health and wellness tourism industry.
