叶用枸杞幼苗对不同遮光率的生长及生理响应

Growth and physiological response of Lycium chinense ‘Tianjing 3’ seedlings to different shading rates

  • 摘要: 为了解‘天精3号’对光照的需求特性,扩大其栽培范围,提高林地空间利用效率,通过无遮光对照(CK)、轻度遮光(LS)、中度遮光(MS)和重度遮光(SS)4个处理,分别测定其生长和生理指标。结果显示,轻度遮光有利于‘天精3号’株高生长,且对其地径、总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量等影响较小,利于可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量的积累,并有助于缓解MDA含量的积累,促进POD活性的提升,并减缓SOD和CAT的应激反应,中度和重度遮光显著阻碍了‘天精3号’的株高、地径增长,降低了总叶绿素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量及叶绿素a/b的值。以上结果显示,‘天精3号’适宜的遮光强度为轻度遮光(透光率80±5%),在生产应用中可以将其套种在相应遮光率的疏林地和果园行间。

     

    Abstract: To understand the light requirement characteristics of 'Tianjing3', expand its cultivation range, and improve the spatial utilization efficiency of forest land, four treatments—unshaded control (CK), light shading (LS), moderate shading (MS), and severe shading (SS)—were applied to measure its growth and physiological indicators. The results showed that light shading promoted the height growth of 'Tianjing3' while having minimal impact on its ground diameter, total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and carotenoid content. It also facilitated the accumulation of soluble sugars and proteins, mitigated the accumulation of MDA, enhanced POD activity, and reduced the stress responses of SOD and CAT. In contrast, moderate and severe shading significantly hindered the height and ground diameter growth of 'Tianjing3', decreased the total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b content, and the chlorophyll a/b ratio. These findings indicate that the optimal shading intensity for 'Tianjing 3' is light shading (light transmittance of 80±5%), allowing it to be interplanted in sparse forests and orchard rows with corresponding shading rates in practical applications.
