杉木林下种植多花黄精和草珊瑚对土壤理化性质的影响

Effects of cultivation Polygonatum cyrtonema and Sarcandra glabra under Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation on soil physical and chemical properties

  • 摘要: 在四川省广安市邻水县罗过铺国有林场杉木人工林中进行多花黄精和草珊瑚林下种植试验,采用随机区组设计,设置了多花黄精、草珊瑚种植区及杉木纯林对照区,采集0~20 cm土层土壤样品,测定了土壤含水率、pH值、有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)、铵态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3-N)、全磷(TP)、速效磷(AP)、全钾(TK)和速效钾(AK)含量。结果表明:杉木林下种植多花黄精和草珊瑚显著提高了SOC和TN含量,增幅分别为29.94%、22.63%和51.16%、36.7%,且林下种植多花黄精对SOC和TN的促进作用更明显;杉木林下种植多花黄精和草珊瑚均显著提高了土壤NH4+-N和NO3-N含量,增幅分别为38.87%、51.25%和29.50%、16.14%;杉木林下种植多花黄精和草珊瑚还提高了土壤TK和AK含量,增幅分别为7.56%、9.45%和36.12%、21.50%。但杉木林下种植多花黄精和草珊瑚有降低土壤含水率、TP和AP含量的趋势。综上所述,杉木林下种植多花黄精和草珊瑚总体上提高了土壤肥力。

     

    Abstract: An understory cultivation experiment of Polygonatum cyrtonema and Sarcandra glabra was conducted in C. lanceolata plantation in Luoguopu state-owned forest farm in Linshui County, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. A randomized block design was adopted to set up cultivation areas for P. cyrtonema and S. glabra, as well as a control area of pure C. lanceolata forest. Soil samples of the 0-20 cm layer were collected to determine the soil moisture content, pH, organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), ammonium nitrogen (NH4+-N), nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N), total phosphorus (TP), available phosphorus (AP), total potassium (TK), and available potassium (AK) content. The results showed that the cultivation of P. cyrtonema and S. glabra under C. lanceolata plantation significantly increased the SOC and TN contents by 29.94%, 22.63%, 51.16%, 36.7% respectively, and the promotion effect of P. cyrtonema on SOC and TN was more significant. The cultivation of P. cyrtonema and S. glabra under C. lanceolata plantation also significantly increased the soil NH4+-N and NO3-N contents by 38.87%, 51.25%, 29.50%, 16.14%, respectively. Additionally, the cultivation of P. cyrtonema and S. glabra under C. lanceolata plantation increased the soil TK and AK contents by 7.56%, 9.45% and 36.12%, 21.50%, respectively. However, there was a tendency for the cultivation of P. cyrtonema and S. glabra under C. lanceolata plantation to reduce soil moisture content, TP, and AP content. To sum up, planting P. cyrtonema and S. glabra under C. lanceolata plantation improved soil fertility on the whole.
